Appointments
- We see all patients on an appointment basis. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you; we do not double book our patients.
- We respect your time and will make every effort to remain on schedule. We ask that you please try to arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you cannot make your appointment, we need at least 48 hours notice so we can offer this time to another patient.
- There is a charge for missed or short notice cancellations
Dental Benefits
We will submit insurance claims electronically on your behalf. If your insurance company does not accept claims electronically , an insurance form will be given to you for your submission by mail.
- It is your responsibility to understand your dental benefits, provide us with accurate insurance information and inform us when there are any changes.
- Provided your information is accurate, most insurance companies reimburse you electronically within a few business days.
- We will submit a pre-authorization to your insurance company to determine your dental benefits before beginning major treatment.

CDCP
- THE CDCP DOES NOT COVER THE FULL COST OF YOUR CARE, Our office follows the current Ontario Dental Association Standard Fee Guide. 100% of the CDCP fee DOES NOT EQUAL 100% of the current ODA fee guide.
- Before each appointment, we can provide you an estimated amount, not covered by the CDCP, that you will be responsible for paying
- You will be expected to pay this portion at the time services are provided.
Patient Financing
- We are happy to provide financing through Dentalcard.
- If you require some or all of your treatment financed you can go to their website and fill out an online application.
